This year's SfN Poster Night, held on October 26th, 2021, was a rousing success.

The Neuroscience Program holds the SfN Night each year as a preview to the Society for Neuroscience's Annual Meeting. Attendees include faculty, researchers, postdocs, graduate students, and undergraduate students from all across the campus.

The presenters are given an opportunity to showcase their work to a small audience ahead of the annual meeting, while receiving feedback and engaging in discussion.

A variety of topics in neuroscience were presented on throughout the night, featuring both animal and human models of research, and the event was concluded with a reception. Refreshments were also provided.

Discussion continued well after the presentations concluded, and participants came away with a sense of satisfaction. "I really enjoyed hearing about all these different topics, and the back-and-forth after each presentation was also interesting to listen to," one undergraduate student noted afterwards.

The Society for Neuroscience's Annual Meeting begins tomorrow, November 8, 2021.
