Thank you for your interest in the 2019 Illinois Summer Neuroscience Institute (ISNI). The online application for our program has been divided into three sections. We request that you complete your application as soon as possible. Applications are due on March 1, but exceptional applicants may be admitted early.

The application is done in three steps, as follows:

General Information, Part I
Report of Academic References for Recommendation, Part II
Transcript Receipt/Personal Statement/Additional Information, Part III

Participation in ISNI at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is extended to, but not limited to, students from the Midwest region, and students who are from racial and ethnic populations underrepresented in graduate programs at Illinois. Applicants should be citizens or permanent residents of the United States. Any undergraduate student who has not yet graduated on January 1st, 2015 is eligible to apply. A successful applicant will have at least a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above (on a 4.0 scale). Fall 2018 semester grades must be recorded and submitted in an official transcript before eligibility is determined.
