III. Annual Review of Students

Every year, each student shall complete a form provided by the Program Office listing accomplishments (courses taken; courses taught; presentations; publications; honors) and including a brief statement of research progress. The form shall be co-signed by the advisor and sent to the Executive Committee by a due date announced by the Program Director.

The Executive Committee will conduct student reviews every year. As part of the review, each student will receive an annual letter giving clear feedback on progress, and inviting them to discuss areas of concern with the Director. This letter will be placed in the student's file.
