9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Arrivals during the day, individually scheduled.
Pick up folders on arrival; luggage can be left in Beckman 1003

Center cut sirloin served with a sauce of caramelized onions, roasted garlic and red wine
Roasted center cut salmon filet finished with chef's butter of lemon, white wine, capers and thyme
Seared Parmesan polenta cakes served with braised leeks and roasted red pepper
8:30 PM After dinner talk:
